A is for Alligator Draw and Tell Stories from A to Z

Marita Gentry and

Dianne de Las Casas collaborated to bring you a fun easy way to add drawing and storytelling to the class room.  These drawings captures a students interest and imagination from the start.  Each story begins with the drawing of a letter that through the steps of the story and the steps of drawing create an animal.  A great way to connect art to your curriculem!

Student drawings from A is for Alligator Draw and Tell Stories from A to Z.  The dog was drawn by a kendergarten student, the giraffe a first grader, the zebra a fifth grader and the monkey by a forth grader.

Sample....draw a whale.
